STAGE-1 KIT - Premium performance 4” Maxlider Bros suspension lift kit.
This lift kit creates about 3.2"-3.3" of lift above a NON-Sasquatch Badlands Package 2021-2023 Bronco. (Badlands NON-SAS comes with .7" of lift from the factory)
Kit includes:
- 2 - BDS Suspension upper control arms (left & right)**
- 2 - front upper strut spacers
- 2 - rear upper strut spacers
- 2 - 3/8" rear upper strut spacer
- 2 - tall front preload spacers
- 2 - short rear preload spacers
- 2 - tall front bump stop extensions
- 2 - short rear bump stop extensions
- 1 - hardware package (includes bolts, washers, & nuts)
Notes:
This kit is NOT COMPATIBLE with these packages:
- Badlands w/ SAS
- Wildtrack
- First Edition
This kit will allow you to use up to 37x12.5" tires on a 9" wide wheel with up to -12 offset.
**Benefits of the BDS upper control arm vs. the cheaper stamped aluminum type:
- High strength construction from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing = improved strength
- Specially formed for improve suspension clearance as well as to allow for a wide range of wheel specs
- FK uniball assembly offers high angle suspension travel with maximum strength and durability
- Adds caster correction for use on lifted Broncos
- Vulcanized rubber bushings at frame mounts for smooth, quiet operation
- Durable gloss black powdercoat finish
- Bushings and bearing preinstalled to allow for quick easy installation
Stage-1 kit is fully compatible with our upcoming Stage-2 kit featuring Fox Coilover shocks on all four corners.
