Shipping and Return/Refund Policy

Most of our products ship UPS or USPS to both residential and commercial addresses. In addition, some larger items ship freight and deliver to both residential and commercial addresses as well.

 

DAMAGE

Our products are packaged thoughtfully to prevent damage. Rarely, minor scratches may occur despite our best efforts. We are not responsible for minor scratches.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.

We do not ship outside the U.S.A. Continental.

 

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Initiate return within 30 days of delivery. Must be in unused condition. Cannot be installed on vehicle. Must be in original packaging. Return shipping is at buyer’s expense.
