Shipping and Return/Refund Policy
Most of our products ship UPS or USPS to both residential and commercial addresses. In addition, some larger items ship freight and deliver to both residential and commercial addresses as well.
Our products are packaged thoughtfully to prevent damage. Rarely, minor scratches may occur despite our best efforts. We are not responsible for minor scratches.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.
We do not ship outside the U.S.A. Continental.
Please note: returns are not accepted on vinyl stripes/decals.
With the exception of vinyl products, we gladly accept return items, so long as the following conditions are met:
-Return process must be initiated within 30 days of order receipt. Email email@example.com to request return.
-Return shipping is at buyer’s expense. Maxlider is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during return shipping.
-Item will only be refunded if it is received back in original, unused/uninstalled condition, with no parts missing and in the original packaging.
-Items may be subject to restocking and/or cancellation fee.
Items received that do not meet the above criteria will be ineligible for return. Additional shipping to return items found to be ineligible will be at buyer’s expense.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
